How do I check out a Museum Pass?
Museum passes may be checked out with an ADULT library card in good standing at the Circulation Desk. You must bring your card with you.
Where can I pick up a Museum Pass?
Museum Passes may be picked up and returned ONLY at the Morrisville Free Library (Circulation Desk only).
Can I reserve a Museum Pass?
Museum Passes can be reserved by telephone and picked up the same day. Please have your library card number when you call. Passes may be picked up after 12 p.m. Reservations expire at the end of the day. If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so as soon as possible. The pass will be checked out on the library’s reservation card until you pick it up.
Where can I return a Museum Pass?
Museum Passes must be returned to the Morrisville Library Circulation Desk by 12 pm on the due date. If returned late, returned to another library, or put in the drop box, a fine of $5.00 will be charged to your account.
Although the Bucks County Free Library website (https://buckslib.org/) says that museum passes should be returned in the drop box, at Morrisville, they must ALWAYS be returned directly to a member of staff either at the door or at the Circulation Desk” to the Museum Pass FAQ.
How long can I keep a Museum Pass?
A Museum Pass may be checked out for 3 days, depending upon library closures.
Please Note: During the pandemic, we are allowing passes to be checked out for 7 days.
How many Museum Passes may be checked out at a time?
Only one Museum Pass per household may be checked out at a time. Passes will be checked out only to the cardholder making the reservation.
What if the Museum Pass is not returned on time?
A late fee of $5.00/day will apply with a maximum late fine of the cost of the Museum Pass. The fee for the lost Museum Pass is the cost of the pass, which can vary depending on the pass.
